Move Transactions Between Folio Letters

At times it may be necessary to move postings on a folio between the various folio letters, such as A, B, C, etc.

  1. Retrieve the folio.

  1. Locate the transaction to be moved and click the ellipses under the action column.

  1. Select Move To then select the folio letter the posting will be moved to.  The changes are automatically saved.

 

Note:

Credit card postings cannot be moved from the folio they were posted on.
