Activating Signature Capture for Registration Cards

Signature Capture functionality is available for Registration Cards in Jonus Chorum.

Requirements: 

• EMV Credit Card Processing with a Signature Capture capable Device

1. Go to GM Functions – Property Settings – Interfaces – Electronic Signatures

   

 

2. To Activate – add the checkmark next to Enable Signature capture – Registration Cards and click Save

   

    

3. To add Stay Detail to the Pin Pad screen prior to capturing the guest Signature – go to the Enable Registration Card Labels and choose which items are shown.

   1. Available Options:  Arrival Date, Departure Date, Average Rate, Est. Total Stay, # Adults, Payment Type, and/or Company Name.

   2. Add/Remove checkmarks as needed next to the desired fields and click Save when complete.

      

       

4. To add Registration Card Terms and Conditions Detail which displays the Pin Pad prior to capturing the guest Signature – go to the Enable Registration Card Labels and add Terms and Conditions detail as needed.

   1. To Add a new line, click New

   2. Type in the desired Header (Page Title) detail

   3. Type in the desired Detail for the Terms and Conditions page

   4. Indicate the Display Order of the new Terms and Conditions page
