Mark Guest as Do Not Rent

There are two ways to set a guest as Do Not Rent. 

At this time Chorum will not prevent a booking for a guest profile with Do Not Rent status.


Method 1:

  1. Retrieve the guest’s reservation.

  2. Open Staff Notes.

  1. Click +Add, enter a note in Comments and mark the flag for Do Not Rent

  1. Click OK when finished.

 

Method 2:

  1. Open the Profiles module.

  1. Navigate to Find > Guest Profile

  1. Enter search criteria, click Search and select the guest’s profile.

 

  1. Click the box for Do Not Rent.

  1. Click Save.

Note:

When the guest profile is searched when making a reservation it will display a symbol indicating the Do Not Rent status.
