Overriding Rates - New Reservation

Rates can be Overwritten on Reservations, but where it is done is dependent on the State of the Guest worksheet (New vs. Saved)

1. In New Reservation, click […] next to Rate

   

2. View/Edit Rates by Date screen opens

   

3. In the Rate Amount cell, change the value to the desired Rate Amount, then click OK

   

4. Rate is changed
