Registration Cards (Print Options)

A common component of most hotels' booking processes, the registration card is a special form exchanged between the hotel and guest (typically during check-in) reviewing the guest's booking information for accuracy, rates, and any disclaimers (such as being responsible for incidentalsClosed Incidentals refer to any additional charges accrued during a guest's stay that are not a part of their normal room charges, such as pay-per-view billing or other premium on-demand services. accrued during the stay) the guest should be aware of and agree to before check-in.

There are a few customization settings that may be applied to your property's registration cards. To begin, access the Reports module, then expand the Print Options folder and choose Registration Cards.

If your property normally prints registration cards at the time of check-in, enable the Prompt Registration Card Print at Check-In option. When enabled, the Guest Check-In form will automatically check the Print Guest Registration option for all guests.

Anything listed in the Registration Card Comments will be printed on individual registration cards at the bottom of the form (in the NOTICE TO GUEST section). We recommend listing any important disclaimers and legal agreements (other than booking and contact information) specific to hotel policy here.

Lastly, if your property has a personalized logo they would like to display on guest registration cards, it can be uploaded at the bottom of this form. Note that logo files must be either a .bmp, .jpg, or .png file. Files with dimensions larger than 400 x 400 pixels will automatically be sized down by Chorum (for best results, we recommend making sure the logo file is already this small before uploading).

Remember to save your work when finished.
