Pre-Assign Rooms (Menu)

Most hotels typically don't need to pre-assign rooms - those that do typically use it to keep track of which rooms should be cleaned first by housekeeping, to make sure they are ready for the day's expected arrivals before check-in time. If your property does pre-assign rooms to guest bookings, use the Pre-Assign Rooms menu to locate all expected arrivals that have not yet been assigned a room.

Use the Assign Room Numbers button at the top of the menu to open the Assign Rooms form. Choose the option matching your desired result, then click OK to allow Chorum to automatically update all bookings based on the selected filters.

Note that when using the Selected Reservations option, you must have check marked the specific unassigned rooms you wish to have updated before opening the Assign Rooms form.
